1. Digital simulation for process optimization
Use CAE software to to digitally simulate the casting process to optimize the casting process and ensure the quality of the girth gear.
2. High strength, abrasion resistance and impact reaiatance:
Carry out quenching and tempering treatment on the girth gear, so that the girth gear has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
3. Long service life:
Use high-strength steel for girth gear casting, and use German OBLF direct reading spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, and three element analyzer to check the composition of steel.
4. Professional polishing and finishing team and large shot blasting equipment to ensure surface quality.

The fabrication route is governed by the provisions of the implemented Quality System ISO 9001:2015.
